Description:

A girls semi-fitted dress or top with deep ruffle that runs over the shoulder. The dress version has in seam pockets and is fastened with an invisible centre back zipper. The dress can be made with 3/4 sleeves or without sleeves. The top has a keyhole back neck opening finished with button and hand stitched loop. The top can be made with or without sleeves.

Suitable fabrics:

The Alice dress and top pattern is designed to be made in woven fabric. It can be made in cotton poplin, craft weight cotton and broadcloth to achieve statement ruffles. Try a softer fabric like double gauze cotton or cotton voile for a softer look.
