Sewing Machine and Overlocker Servicing

We have a network of sewing machine engineers which means that we can typically offer a two week turn around on sewing machine servicing.

Stitching Kitchen is an approved supplier for both Janome and Pfaff brands.  As we are responsible for the warranty on these machines our engineers are trained by both brands with full access to the manufacturers service manuals and technical advice. 

That said we can support all brands of sewing machines and overlockers including both Mechanical and Computerised models.  

When you bring in your machine to the studio to drop off we will check it in and ask what issues you may be having, such as skipped stitches or other faults.  The Stitching Kitchen Studio is located close to both the M1 and M40 motorways so we are well placed to serve Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.   Payment for services is when you collect your machine.

Costs for a basic service are as follows:

• Mechanical sewing machine - £85
• Computerised sewing machine - £105
• Embroidery Machines £140
• Overlocker/Serger - £100
• Air Threaded overlocker £110

If any repairs or spare parts are needed we will get in touch with a quote before going ahead with the work.
