Shipping policy

We aim to send out your items within 48 hours - if you have an urgent requirement please let us know and we will try to accommodate it. 

At Stitching Kitchen we have tried to keep delivery simple and so we have a flat rate of £5 for all deliveries which will be sent by either Royal Mail or Evri parcel company depending on the size and weight of the parcel.  If you purchase a Janome sewing machine there is no shipping charge, if you spend over £50 there is no shipping charge.

If you live nearby you are always welcome to collect your web order in person.  

Note: We aim to use as much Eco-Friendly packaging as possible and will re-use packaging.  Rest assured we will always pack your items with care and attention.
