Crochet a Cowl

Come along to Stitching Kitchen and take the next steps in Crochet.  Emma will help you develop your skills to learn how to follow a pattern while you make a cowl ready for those autumnal walks.   If you have attended our beginner workshop to learn to make a granny square this is an ideal next project.  We have a range of choices of the lovely self striping yarn avaialble to choose from on the day.

What you will learn/achieve

• How to follow a crochet pattern
• The chainless foundation method
• Focus on your tension and finish

What's included

Tuition: full instruction and support in a small class

Use of our Pfaff and Janome machines in Stitching Kitchen's fully equipped studio.

All materials and patterns are provided.  2 balls of yarn and a copu of the pattern worth [£16.35].  You will need a 7mm crochet hook, you may already have one or you can buy along with your ticket or during the workshop. 

Tea and cake.

Attendee instructions: 

Just bring yourself and your 7mm crochet hook, the yarn, pattern and a supportive environment will be provided.

Emma is a skilled, lifelong knitter who enjoys teaching others the basics of knitting and showing how much fun it is being creative with yarn and needles.
