Come and join Hannah at Stitching Kitchen for a day of fun felting. You will learn the techniques for wet felting around a resist so that you can create you own felt bowl using merino wool fibres.
What you will learn/achieve:
- We will cover different layout and decorative options during the day.
- You will learn how to create a seamless join so that the bowl is created as one piece of non-woven textile.
- We can also use multiple resists to create interesting surfaces.
- You will take home a finished bowl at the end of the session.
What's included:
- Tuition: full instruction and support in a small class (maximum of 6).
- All the materials that you will need on the day, including merino wool roving.
- Use of felting tools in the Stitching Kitchen studio on the day.
- Tea and cake.
